 The Art Studio Located on the main road to Angkor Temple, the Atelier and Art Studio with its lust tropical garden welcome all visitors who wish to take the time to do a little more than visit the Angkor temples and who are looking for unique and authentic designer-made products. Various savoir-faire and works-in-progress can be observed at the workshop, such as painting, fine sculpting, lacquering… All our artists and artisans have been rigorously trained by Theam himself, whose main objective is the teaching as well as advocating the value of authenticity and quality, featuring strong cultural and artistic Khmer identity. Behind each object, there is a new generation of young artists and artisans who are discovering an ancestral savoir-faire that they can be proud of. |
